Stubble runs quietly on your Mac, using AI to understand what you're working on - no timers, no browser extensions. It categorizes your time into projects automatically, so you get clarity without the busywork. View your timeline, export timesheets, get personalised recommendations, and connect AI agents like Claude Code for added context. Privacy-first: your data is encrypted, never sold, and never used to train AI models.

Hey Product Hunt! I'm Sam, and Stubble is a side-project I've been working on for the past few weeks.
My background is in process intelligence - helping enterprises understand how their processes actually work, not how they think they work. I've always been fascinated by the idea of applying this same lens to how we work as individuals. Where does the time actually go? What patterns do we not see?
Observability is the starting point. You can't improve what you can't measure. So I built Stubble: it learns how you work, what files you open, what meetings you join - and uses AI to figure out what you were actually working on. With this additional context, I hope that AI can serve more actionable recommendations. For example, I feed this context into my openclaw setup to get more relevant answers.
Privacy was a big focus for Stubble: all data is encrypted, never sold, and never used to train AI models. Eventually, I'd love to have the entire analysis running locally on-device.

@sam_attias I recently tried using an agent to automate workflows on my machine and found it took quite a bit of back and forth to get right, so this really resonates.
What are some of the most exciting processes people have observed with Stubble so far?
