Hi Product Hunt community 👋🏼 Meet Stow, your built-in virtual assistant, for the whole team. Stow allows you to make room for what matters. ‘Built-in? What does that mean’ ‘Virtual assistant? Isn’t that ChatGPT?’ ‘How will it work for the whole team?’ This is probably a selection of the questions running through your head right now 😵‍💫 After talking to over 50+ users about their struggles with team productivity, a few themes started to appear: ➡️ Everyone has tried multiple productivity and project management tools, and scaling across teams is painful. 🤕 ➡️ Endless new applications = endless notifications. 📣 ➡️ Key personal and business information ‘slips through the cracks’ because of the above two reasons. 🌋 With Stow, we aim to change that. Now let’s break down our tagline again: ‘Built-in’ 📲 Stow isn’t another productivity app you install - we sit in the apps you spent most of your time. For our first iteration, that means in your communication tools, like WhatsApp. ‘Virtual assistant’ 📞 We call ourselves a virtual assistant because, initially, we will offer the workflows managed by an actual virtual assistant: that means meeting creation, task management, and reminding you when you need to action on them. We plan to scale this with specific use cases based on user need, and are eager to dive into those workflows during user conversations (reach out if you would like to get involved!) ‘For the whole team’ 👭👬 Everyone has personal preference for the productivity and communication tools they use - and we aren’t here to change that. Allow your team to stay in the tools they love, and we’ll handle the rest. Join a Stow, or create your own. ‘Making room for what matters’ 📵 We won’t send you unnecessary notifications. Think of our web app as a ‘personal control plane’: you define what is important (in the style of top productivity methodologies), and configure when you want to notified.
