I'm Gregory, founder of StormInterview. It's for recruitment and staffing agencies, and anyone who gets hundreds of applicants for one role.

The problem I kept seeing: one vacancy, hundreds of applications, and someone has to make a first cut with almost no time. That usually means skimming CVs for familiar titles and keywords. Not because the team doesn't care, but because talking to everyone is impossible.

StormInterview gives every applicant for a role the same recorded questions. It transcribes the answers, puts candidates side by side, and shows the quotes from the answer behind each score. The hiring team decides who moves forward. The software never rejects anyone on its own.

What it deliberately does not do: no emotion, face, voice or personality analysis. It scores only the content of the answer against your criteria. The app and data run in Amsterdam (EU); transcription and scoring use Deepgram and Anthropic in the US, both listed on our GDPR page. The interface speaks 29 languages.

It's an early product, so I'm especially curious about three things:

• Would you trust the score if you can always check the quotes behind it?

• Does the side by side view actually save you time?

• What would stop you from using this for a real vacancy?
