honestly this is a cool idea, like basically Airbnb for stuff. one thing that would help though is adding a reputation system where travelers and buyers can leave detailed reviews specifically about communication and reliability, and maybe show how many successful deliveries someone has done. kind of like how Uber shows driver stats. would make trusting strangers way easier, you know
@ferdi788603ย Hey! Thank you for the suggestion, this feature already exists in the app. Once your package is marked as delivered, you can give feedback to each other and the stats, that you mentioned, are also reflected in the travelers/requesters profile.
love how the escrow-style hold until delivery actually solves the trust problem that kills most p2p marketplaces, nice execution on that.
@atakanlctsย Yes that is out it works. The travelers' rewards are only released when the requesters has confirmed the delivery.
Finally got the limited snack from Japan I've been hunting for through a traveler here. The escrow setup made me feel way safer than just Venmo-ing a stranger.
