Hey congrats! This looks nice but the pricing is 0.8 dollars for paying customer? Sound like a whole ton. If my monthly price is $4 then you're taking almost 25% of revenue?

Stigg uses Stigg to manage our own PnP! we are iterating and trying different things in-order to find the best ROI and value-based pricing for our customers. Your comment makes perfect sense and I find it extremely valuable in understanding how a potential customer may understand and translate our pricing into value. Our current approach to our own pricing is seat-based + per paid customer flat fee. We don't charge anything for free users / trial users. We're hoping that in this way we create a perfect partnership and alliance between your expectations to convert and monetize smarter your free customers using the help of Stigg, helping you grow faster, and so, we'd like to grow with you. This means that wether your monthly selling point is 4$ or $10,000 - we still charge the same fixed amount. With customers are at your size and typical ASP, we typically propose a more competitive setup on the per paid subscription, so that it will make a better sense from ROI standpoint. Happy to engage and find the best setup for you too!

Good product. But it's not friendly for solo-founders as the Growth plan start with 5 paid seats ($200). I think you can base your pricing to pay per customer (maybe you need to increase the per customer price) and cap at certain value. I'll be your customer with that pricing as it will best portrait to your north star which is conversing free customers to paid, and this is a win-win and deserving situation as you earn more for your hard work. @ralphilius Hey Ralph - thanks for showing support and providing honest feedback. I really appreciate that. You spoke truth words - our current pricing setup is not solo-founder focused. We feel that we create best value for a different customer base atm, but we'll keep on iterating and question that as time goes by. If you still like to give Stigg a try - i'd be happy to find a solution that will suits your needs to the extend possible. In the meantime, if you're looking for a solution right away, I suggest you checkout pricewell.io They don't do everything Stigg does (entitlement management, usage metering) but their pricing might be more fitting for your needs!
