I built SteadiDay because I saw my own family members juggling five or six different apps just to manage their daily routine, one for medications, another for tasks, another for health tracking, and so on. It was overwhelming, and most of those apps weren't even designed with older adults in mind (tiny buttons, confusing menus). So I built an all-in-one daily companion specifically for older adults. SteadiDay puts medications, daily tasks, calendar sync, health tracking, food and water logging, helpful tools like a magnifier and Find My iPhone, relaxing mind games, and emergency SOS, all in one simple app with large buttons and an accessible design. A few things I'm proud of: Core safety features like Emergency SOS are always free No account required — your data stays on your device The entire app is designed for accessibility: 56pt+ touch targets, VoiceOver support, high contrast modes, and adjustable text sizes We're currently 100% free during our feedback period, so I'd genuinely love to hear what you think — especially if you have parents or loved ones who could use something like this. The emergency SOS feature sounds so thoughtful. Does it work offline too?

@daniel_rachlinGreat question! Yes — the SOS feature works offline. Your emergency contacts are stored locally on your device, so they're always accessible. The 911 call goes through your phone's native dialer (just needs cell service), and texting your location to a trusted contact works over regular cellular (as long as you have your location on). No Wi-Fi or internet needed.
