Colorful interfaces are built to grab your attention. Take the color away and the little “reward hit” gets weaker, which makes it easier to stop the endless checking without blocking any apps. Use location, app, wifi, and time based automations or manually enable colors temporary with automatic returns to grayscale. StayGray heavily depends on iOS shortcuts which are a bit annoying to set up. Was the onboarding clear to you? I want to add videos in the future but didn't find the time to do that yet.
Btw. I also think that this is one of the very apps where the entire UI is also grayscale, no matter if the phone is in grayscale or not. It was quite challenging making only gray kinda pretty. Hope you like it.
