Stage is a virtual live entertainment platform where creators can perform for audiences from anywhere in the world. Host comedy shows, concerts, talks and live events, sell tickets, and create an interactive experience without a physical venue. We're building a simpler way for anyone to go live and build a global audience.
Really cool idea, the world needs more ways for performers to connect without needing a venue. One thing that would help me as a viewer is a watch party feature, where friends can join a private virtual room to enjoy a show together, with synced playback and a small chat. It would make the experience feel way more social and give creators another reason to promote to groups.
Caught a small comedy set on here last night and the chat reactions actually made it feel like being in a real room, way more than I expected for a browser tab.
Tried hosting a small comedy set on Stage last night and the ticketing setup was genuinely painless, took maybe two minutes. Nice to see a live platform that doesn't make you feel like you're wrestling with the interface while you're trying to perform.
