I’m excited to share our product with y’all today - Staffparty is a new way to communicate with candidates during your recruiting process. I’ve hired hundreds of amazing employees as a product and engineering leader at NASA, Galileo, and Attentive. Working with the best people makes a huge difference ✨ But every time I’ve given a job offer to an A+ candidate, they had competing offers. We had to come up with creative solutions to hire the best people, whether it was connecting them to billionaire board members or sending them a bottle of their favorite drink - we did what it took to stand out and make candidates feel special. That was effective, but impossible to scale ✅❌ I’ve been lucky to partner with incredible recruiting teams, but today’s recruiting tools are built for factory-style recruiting, not concierge-style recruiting.
