Most triathlon training means juggling a static PDF plan, a separate analytics app, and a $250/mo coach. SplitSync replaces all three. Tell it your race, fitness, and weekly hours — it generates a full week-by-week swim/bike/run plan with real base→build→peak→taper periodization, tuned to your own FTP, threshold HR, and swim CSS. Chat with any workout to adjust it. Coach-grade CTL/ATL/TSB analytics built in, + auto Strava sync. Free to start, one full AI plan, no card. Road -> Sprint -> IRONMAN.

Hey Hunters 👋 I'm Brandon, the maker of SplitSync.
I built this the year I began training for my first 70.3 and realized the tools were the hardest part. I had a static PDF plan that didn't care when work travel ate a week, a separate app for analytics, and quotes from coaches that cost more per month than my bike payment. Three things that didn't talk to each other, and none of them actually adapted to my life.
So I built the coach I wish I'd had. You tell SplitSync your race, your current fitness, and how many hours a week you actually have, and it generates a complete week-by-week plan across swim, bike, and run, with real periodization (base → build → peak → taper) tuned to your own zones (FTP, threshold HR, swim CSS). Not a template. Not a $250/mo human. A full plan, in about two minutes.
What makes it different from what's out there:
🤖 It generates your plan — most apps just store one you have to find or pay a coach to write
💬 Chat with any workout to adjust it — "I'm traveling Thursday, make this shorter" and the week reflows
📊 Coach-grade analytics built in — CTL/ATL/TSB so you know when you're fresh vs. fried, not gated behind a marketplace
🏊🚴🏃 Triathlon-native, not run-first — balances all three disciplines against one time budget, Sprint through full Ironman
🔗 Strava auto-sync today (Garmin's next on the roadmap)
It's genuinely free to start: one full AI plan, dashboard, calendar, and logging, no card required. If you've got a race on the calendar, generate a plan and see if it holds up:
The one thing I'd love your honest feedback on 🙏 if you're a triathlete, does the generated plan match what a human coach would actually write for your race and schedule? That's the bar I'm chasing, and I'll reply to every single comment today.
