Built for workouts, focus, meditation, cooking, and any activity where the challenge is not watching the clock.







I built Spin Timer because I wanted a timer that makes workouts, games, and focused sessions feel more engaging. Instead of constantly checking how much time is left, you set a range and let the app decide the exact countdown. The idea was to create something simple, useful, and a little more motivating than a standard timer.
How people use Spin Timer:
In workouts, I use it for things like planks or interval sets.
Instead of doing the exact same time every round, I set a range and let the app decide the countdown. That keeps each set a little different, so I stay more focused and push through without just waiting for the timer to end.
With friends, it works great for games like Hot Potato or quick challenge rounds.
You pass something around, answer questions, or complete a task, but nobody knows exactly when the time will run out. That makes the game more exciting and keeps everyone engaged.
It’s also useful for focus sessions or meditation.
You set a time range, start the timer, and stay present without constantly checking the clock. It feels more natural than using the same fixed countdown every time.
Reading - instead of committing to "exactly 15 minutes a day", you set a range like 10–20 min and just read. Sometimes it's less, sometimes more - but you're never focused on hitting a specific number. You're focused on the book. The goal is building the habit, not watching the clock tick to a target.
