Hey everyone, I'm Colin, the founder of SparkFit. I'm based in Leeds in the UK.
I work full-time, have a family and I'm also a qualified personal trainer. One thing I've noticed over the years is that most people genuinely want to get fitter, but struggle to stick with it.
It's not always about motivation. Life just gets in the way.
You start a new fitness plan, everything goes well for a couple of weeks, then work gets busy, you miss a few sessions and before you know it, you've stopped altogether.
I wanted to build something that made fitness a bit easier to fit around everyday life.
That's where SparkFit came from.
The idea is pretty simple. You don't need to spend hours in the gym or obsess over everything you eat to make progress.
SparkFit gives you 15-minute workouts you can do at home or in the gym, personalised meal plans, simple nutrition tracking and an AI coach you can ask for help whenever you need it.
I've also tried to make the gym workouts practical. Rather than having you running around the gym between different machines, they're designed to make the most of your time in one area.
I've been building SparkFit alongside my full-time job, and there's still plenty I want to improve and add.
I'm launching here because I'd really like some honest feedback, particularly from people who've tried fitness apps before but struggled to keep using them.
You can try everything free for 24 hours without entering any card details.
If you do give it a go, I'd love to hear what you think. And if you find it useful, an App Store or Google Play review would really help me out.
I'm curious, what's the biggest reason you've struggled to stick with a fitness routine in the past?
Thanks for taking a look!
