@JTA4T do you see this more as a competitor/alternative to something like ZenDesk or Hootsuite?

@sixside So sorry for delay my friend! Good question. Zendesk originated in email (mainly SMB/Medium Sized Businesses) and not scalable for social CS. Hootsuite started as consumer facing managment/marketing solution and also not scalable or enterprise social customer care. At least this is what our current clientele have informed us. :-) #HopeThisHelps
