Record human and AI work with almost no overhead, then turn one unified timeline into any report. Open source, MIT-licensed, self-hosted on Cloudflare.

running it locally on cloudflare was painless and i liked how the timeline merges my keystrokes and the agent's edits without me tagging anything. really small thing but the self host setup just worked
@aziztaninahzdΒ Thanks Aziz, this genuinely made my day π The "no tagging" part is exactly what we were chasing β the Claude MCP plugin picks up the agent sessions and the GitHub app pulls in the commits, so the timeline mostly fills itself in and you're reviewing rather than logging. And "painless self-host" was the bar we set for ourselves (we didn't want anyone's work data touching our servers), so it's a relief to hear the Cloudflare setup just worked for you. If you ever hit a rough edge, tell us β we run it every day and turn these around fast.
Self-hosting on Cloudflare is a nice touch, super easy to get running. The unified timeline idea actually makes sense after playing with it for a few minutes instead of just reading about it.
@sebahat89853021Β Thanks for actually taking it for a spin, Sebahattin β that's the best kind of feedback. "Makes sense after a few minutes of playing with it" is honestly something we should fix on our side too: if the timeline only clicks after you try it, our landing page isn't doing enough of the explaining. Noted. And glad the Cloudflare setup was smooth β we deliberately kept the whole thing small enough to fit in Cloudflare's free tier, so there's very little to configure. If anything felt rough during setup, I'd love to hear it.
Update: We just added an interactive demo to this page β a 90-second click-through of Alice's day in Spantail π
You'll see her AI agent logging its own sessions, turning agent sessions into a work entry, building a daily report (human + agent work in one), and the team reviewing it with reactions and comments.
No sign-up needed β would love to hear what you think!
