Hey Product Hunters and Makers! 🔍🛠 Spacegon started with a simple idea. My sister and niece wanted to learn more about space, but everything out there was either full of ads, too technical, or just… not friendly. So we thought, why not build something better? 🤔We set ourselves a challenge: build an ad-free, clean, and easy-to-use space news app on a total budget of ZERO 💸. Literally, the only thing we paid for was the Apple Developer Account and the domain. Everything else? Bootstrapped, late-night coded, and fueled by curiosity 🌌. The biggest challenge was keeping it simple. When you’ve got an aerospace engineer, a physicist, and a software engineer in the same team, it’s really easy to start overcomplicating things 😅. But we kept pulling each other back to Earth 🌍 and now we’ve got something we’re proud of! Sort of…It’s been about 3 months of work between 3 countries — UK 🇬🇧, France 🇫🇷, and Spain 🇪🇸.
