Soundful

In my brief time with Soundful I have a very poor opinion of them. At first it looks like there's a lot of choice so I signed up for a year, but then I realised it wasn't really fit for my purpose and also there is a complete lack of features to change your tracks. I created one track with the ai generator, did not download anything, realised it wasn't useful for me and attempted to cancel the service. They then said that I wasn't entitled to a refund stating that I had used a "premium service" and I should have tested it before? I don't understand this. Now I have to raise a dispute with my credit card company because after several emails they have refused to refund. After looking into their policy I can also see that you are not immune from copyright strikes using this service! which as a content creator is a major issue for me. Overall a very bad experience and I would not recommend.

The product is not good. They do not provide copyright free music. The support team answer only that messages that they want to answer. The generated music is always same, there are no any creativity. You can not monitize that music

i love this product so much and am even considering using their service sometime for music generation within my business in the future. there is a sheer sense of quality within the ai's generation function, and i love how it outcomes. thanks for such an excellent product!

I frustrated from this product. Here are the reasons. 1. They do not provider copyright free music. I get multiple copyright restrictions from youtube. 2. The do not have any support. They do not answer on my messages at all. 3. I send multiple messages to cancel my plan and refund my money back. But they are do not answering on my messages. 4. The generated music about 60% is same music.

I purchased the year subscription last year... and did not renew this year..... after making over forty beats on there.... i started to quickly notice that all the kit sounds, drums and loops are the same, with the same pattern for every beat you make, with small changes.... but you can definitely hear the same elements in each beat. All the beats use the same layout... Soundful has a great idea.... but their sound bank is SUPER..... limited with using recycled sounds, every time. I WILL NOT be renewing my subscription this year... SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Not useful. Untrusted product. The generated music almost same. You will get copyright claim form youtube. You can not cancel the purchase and get your money back. If request to refund your money, they will not do that. Also they do everything to not refund your money. Ignore your messages, saying bla bla and on refund money back response.

Online robber. If you request them to cancel your account and refund your money back they will not response. If you add other ticket they will answer. If you again request to cancel your money after 7 days of use they will answer We appreciate your request for a refund, and we understand your concerns. As previously mentioned, due to the use of premium features and the expiration of our seven-day refund window, we are unable to process a refund at this time.

Standard robber. You will not get your money back. They do not provider copyright free music. You can not monetize your videos as you will get copyright claims from youtube
