One thing that would help a lot though is letting users manually fix wrong notes right inside the generated score, since auto transcription always misses something. Even a simple click-to-edit note tool would save people from having to redo everything in another program.
Have you considered adding a difficulty rating or difficulty filter for the generated sheets. It would be huge for picking up something at the right skill level without having to preview the whole score first.
