Hey everyone,
I'm the founder of Somia, an Apple Watch app that detects physiological drift — the slow, silent degradation of your body's signals over 14–90 days.
This subreddit is the community hub for Somia users, beta testers, and anyone interested in long-term health signal tracking. Here's what you'll find here:
- App updates and changelogs before they hit the App Store
- Your feedback, bug reports, and feature requests (I read everything)
- Discussions about HRV, sleep, resting heart rate, and what your HealthKit data actually means
- Honest conversations about what the app does well and what it doesn't yet
What this is NOT:
This is not a marketing channel. I won't spam you with promotional posts. If Somia isn't working for you, say it here — that's more valuable to me than a 5-star review.
A bit of context on why I built this:
Your Apple Watch captures your HRV, SpO2, sleep, and resting heart rate every single night. That data sits in Apple Health : stored, never interpreted. Nobody tells you what it means together. Nobody shows you the trend over 30 days.
Somia does one thing: it reads that data and tells you if your body is drifting. One drift score. One insight per morning. No gamification, no dashboard overload.
