I built SoloPlate for young adults just like me, people who aren't exactly "cooks" but suddenly have to figure it out because they're living alone. Whether you're just starting out or you never know what to make, I wanted to make finding simple meals easy so we can all actually get better at this. When you're on your own, cooking feels like a specific kind of struggle. After a long day, "deciding" what to eat is the last thing you want to do. I created this to take that weight off your shoulders.
