Hey Product Hunt 👋 SoloDesks started because a tradesperson I know kept quoting jobs from someone's kitchen table, then losing the evening retyping it all into a Word doc at home. Half the time the quote went out two days late and the job was already gone. Every tool I looked at for them was built for a firm with an office manager teams, seats, approval steps, a per-user price. There is no team. There's one van and one phone with a cracked screen. So SoloDesks assumes exactly one of you: - Build an itemised PDF quote on site, one thumb, about 74 seconds. Their name and logo on top, not mine. - Client taps Accept on a private link. You see it change instantly. - Accepted quote becomes an invoice without retyping a line. - Overdue Autopilot nudges at 7, 14 and 21 days, then stops dead the moment you mark it paid. UK-first, so it speaks £, VAT and CIS rather than making you convert everything. Free plan is 10 quotes/invoices a month, no card. Pro is $15/mo flat not per seat, because there's only ever one of you. What I'd genuinely like from you: if you work alone, or you've built for people who do, tell me where the admin still hurts. The chasing part is the bit I'm least finished with.

why invoice feel heavy and very emotional to do?

-cause u do it from scratch and take long time
-you don't value your art, champ
-you feel it a punishment rather than a commitment to the agreement
-people forgot the value that they got from the contract

this is how we fix it:

+simple clean and fast invoice maker.
+fews clicks everything done
+work showcase(bf-aft img to bringing up value back)
+saving and finding client for you and sent by the app tag, feel automatic not forcing them

We have made public trust profile for everyone, look how beautiful it is!

actually, i used to manage a media account for distribution purpose or somethings. and i always find it hard to make drive traffic and showcase my work. like most of the time those link in bio think used to cost money and also getting back with very low quality. So i make one myself now and share it with everyone.
