Hey PH, I'm a solo founder and a 25-year engineer. I run my whole one-person company through Claude, and I got tired of every session starting from zero: re-pasting the same context, losing good decisions in old chats.
So I built an operating system around it, 4 Claude Projects (HQ, Product, Marketing, Sales), 9 skills that encode the jobs I repeat, and one State doc as the single source of truth every session reads first. Then I sanitized the whole thing into a template: my data swapped for placeholders, a full setup guide, install in an afternoon.
