Out of all the online therapy services I've tried, Solh Wellness is hands down the best. It's made with the user in mind, so everything is really easy to understand. The support groups I've been a part of are amazing. They've got a good variety of therapists to choose from, and they're top-notch. Plus, the therapy sessions are affordable and actually work.

This app is really thoughtful and useful. I used another app before that kept asking me to pay for more stuff, but this one is much better and doesn't cost anything. They don't bug me to buy anything extra. I've been in therapy for a long time, and I've found that using this app every day is almost as helpful as seeing a therapist.
