I think it goes a step further. They're trying to establish use cases for the app and I get mailers everyday.
One of them was to find a tennis partner in a city you travel to, for example.
Now, while the use case is interesting (considering I wanted to build a product to do just that), it's a little tough for your customers to do the thinking of how to use the app.
In my opinion, an app should connect instantly with people without them having to figure out use cases. And that's how great products sell.
I'd love to hear the founder(s) views on the same and also what other 'hunters' here feel! :)
I was chatting with someone about Highlight and this hyper-local, people discovery space last night. There's an opportunity here but few if any have had large success.
Has anyone used this? How does it compare to Highlight and others?

Someday, everyone will "know" everyone, except the mysterious unknown person in the corner. And that person will be the most talked-to of the night.

SocialRadar is based in D.C so a lot of people in the tech community here use it. I downloaded the app and plan to use it at meetups.
