Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built SocialCRM after seeing the same problem again and again: businesses get leads from multiple channels, but managing what happens after that gets messy fast. A Facebook lead comes in, someone messages on WhatsApp, another conversation starts somewhere else — and suddenly it’s hard to remember who needs a follow-up, what was already discussed, and which opportunities are still open. SocialCRM is my attempt to make that simple: one place to organize leads, track the sales process, manage follow-ups, and keep the team on the same page. The product is already being used by real businesses, and I’m building it closely with their feedback. I’d love to hear what you think — especially what feels useful, confusing, or missing.
