Hey Product Hunt!
I’m one of the builders behind this tool. Like a lot of people, I found myself getting profoundly exhausted by daily social interactions, group dynamics, and the unwritten pressure to always match everyone else’s baseline energy. But I could never fix the issue because "burnout" felt way too vague to track.
My team and I spent the last few weeks breaking down the actual anatomy of social exhaustion. We realized it isn't just one feeling, it lands across three entirely separate layers:
1. Somatic Tension (the physical strain of jaw clenching and monitoring your posture / eye contact).
2. Cognitive Load (the mental CPU processing power spent scripting conversations or shifting personalities).
3. Recovery Debt (when a standard weekend stops being enough to reset you back to a human baseline).
We built the Social Battery Leak Assessment to give people a free, instant mirror to see their own data.
We made a strict rule for this project: Zero friction. No email walls, no paywalls, and no data tracking. Everything executes completely client-side.
We are live today and would love your raw, honest feedback on the UX flow:
- Does the dynamic, live 3 axis tracking layout feel smooth as you click through?
- Did the final archetype diagnosis capture your current energy state accurately?
Let me know what you think!

Curious how you handle the "recovery debt" axis without it feeling subjective, what kind of scale or framing do you use for users to actually score it consistently?

@sevdadakrafhrz Yeah, measuring stress without it just being a guessing game is tough. We purposely avoided those vague scale of 1 to 10 questions because everyone's 7 is different.
Instead, we looked at concrete behavior, like the weekend test. Does a normal two day break actually reset you, or do you wake up Monday morning still running on empty? Looking at how long it takes you to bounce back gives a much clearer picture than just checking how you feel in the moment.

The three-axis framing actually made me pause and think about the difference between cognitive load and recovery debt, which I usually just lump together as "I'm tired." No signup at all is genuinely refreshing.

@nazifemeam Totally just saying I'm tired makes it almost impossible to fix...
Faking it and masking your energy during a conversation is a completely different monster compared to the leftover hangover you feel the next day. Isolating those two lets you actually see where the leak is happening. And yeah, forcing people to hand over an email just to check their mental battery felt dirty. Glad you liked the clean flow!

Genuinely impressed by how fast it loaded and how private it feels. The somatic tension axis actually caught something I've been ignoring for weeks.

@adilewib Thanks Adil, It's wild how much physical tension we can just tune out until we actually see it laid out in front of us. Really glad the somatic axis helped you catch that.
Also awesome to hear the speed and privacy hit the mark, making the whole experience feel completely seamless was a huge priority for us.
