We know the world did not need another appointment scheduling platform, but it needed one which was simple, easy and free. We have built a platform which just does what it says, and nothing else. No credit cards required to sign up, no trial plans. (Currently in beta)

Hi Rachit, testing the app now, looks great, it's dead easy and simple and the widgets work like a charm, just what we needed. The booking gets auto-added into Requester/Client's calendar, which is what we wanted, however, we've only tested wight Gmail based calendars, will it work with other providers? Also, it'll help to be able to define fields on the form, for instance, we don't want to ask for the client's phone, or we only we care about work email, not just any email ... etc Contacts will be helpful, right now we'll push that data ourselves into a GSheet...

@carloschipi Hi Carlos, really happy that you liked the app .. you can add new fields to the form by going to the 'Invitee questions' option in edit services. However, the phone number is a default field right now & cannot be removed (although the user doesn't need to fill it). We'll push that fix soon so that you can remove the phone number field altogether. Once again, thanks a lot for your response :D

So currently you can create different services, set your schedule, get emails for bookings, cancel, reschedule them, connect your google calendar and show all your services either on a public page or on your own website using a widget. We're building a 'contacts' feature currently & many more are in the pipeline. You can do a test run on the above website. If there is some feature you are looking for do let me know!

@iboshoer @rachit_magon You should consider appointment reminder features through SMS. An integration with something like a Twilio could let you manage when reminders are sent and even begin to handle responses and requests such as rescheduling.

@pawel_mikolajczuk Hi Pawel, I just checked out harmonizely.com and it's definitely a lovely platform and to be honest has more features than smoopit has right now. The idea behind Smoopit is that it is, & will always be, a free platform. We're also building tons of new & interesting features which will allow our users to do many more things (but for free :P, unlike other platforms). Thank you for your comment! @rachit_magon i think something that could be useful is a pro version where i can change the domain link to a custom one. Would help pay for hosting and has no effect on the actual service you provide. I also wanted to connect google calander, but it notified me that you aren't a verified provider yet. Is this something that will be changing soon? Nice platform so far though! Been looking for something like this for ages.
