Awful customer service (by that I mean never replying to my questions or helping with issues). Be wary of the fact that it will generate responses that are extremely generic, therefore even if they are personalised you will still have to go on re-write those yourself for your cold outreach campaigns. Not worth the money, I am still waiting for a refund 🤷🏼‍♀️

I use Smartwriter to automate my outreach, and it saves me a lot of time. It can generate follow-up emails automatically. It's very convenient for me to help me build my network and connect with professionals in the same industry. I've created a lot of connections on LinkedIn by using this tool, and I highly recommend it!

Totaly fake. Should be removed from Product Hunt. The Product Doesn't Work. SCAM

The product showed some promise at the beginning but now is completely abandoned. The founder, Vaibhav, is not to be trusted. Ghosted all his early users without any explanation and just focuses on his new product which he is relentlessly marketing to all people that invested through LTD into the future of this product. The founder ruined his reputation and the product doesn't work any more.

The potential is there; however, I couldn't upload my CSV file to test. I uploaded one row, and it said I used 735 credits. Huh? For one lead? That is a rip-off and highly expensive for a bad UI design and zero customer support. Founders have to build reliable products instead of pumping out new features. A user research study may help, too, since I was stuck on the first step. I gave up! They also need to have an option for customers to immediately delete their accounts and data to be compliant with data protection laws.

When I saw what this software can do for the personalization of cold outreach emails, I was sold and bought it straight away! I suggest you do the same if you are into cold email outreach! This software will certainly blow you away!

SmartWriter is a quite good tool, and I love it's one liner introduction.

SmartWriter is a very useful product to outreach. The tool is helping me to grow my business now a day. The outreach reply rate is awesome. Individual email targeting tool and automation. This is my daily going tool. Also it a AI copy writing assistance tool that help me to write blog post too. The founder is a huge supportive and cooperative. Vaibhav is a generous man I found. It is a personalize tool for social media LinkedIn, Instagram and so on. All in one tool. Very happy to see the SmartWriter at Producthunt. I strongly recommend the product for others to use.

This is one of those products that can make the lives of millions of SDRs so much different. Gone are the days when you need to spend 15 minutes to research what to say to someone to break ice. Or worse just skip the step because it takes time, damned be the open and reply rates :) This tool drastically (I'd wager about 1/15th) reduce the time it takes to find an icebreaker to use. The impact is that you look like someone who has spent time on researching who they are before reaching out to them, meaning you stand out of the 100 odd emails/ calls / Linkedin messages they received that day. If you have anything to do with sales development, this one tool you do not want to miss. Cheers, Raj
