Please be careful using this company. I signed up and received zero lines or "lynes." I attempted to contact the company using the email in my Stripe receipt, and zero response. The other emails in their terms and service bounced and no chat bubble. Seems like a fraud or shell company.
The potential is there; however, I couldn't upload my CSV file to test. I uploaded one row, and it said I used 735 credits. Huh? For one lead? That is a rip-off and highly expensive for a bad UI design and zero customer support. Founders have to build reliable products instead of pumping out new features. A user research study may help, too, since I was stuck on the first step. I gave up! They also need to have an option for customers to immediately delete their accounts and data to be compliant with data protection laws.
I've used several LinkedIn automation tools, and so far, Closely has been the best tool for my needs. The signup and user interface is quick and easy. I like the warm-up process to help prevent 'LinkedIn jail.' They have a ton of helpful articles on their blog. The price is affordable and packed with features such as their chrome extension to export profiles from Linkedin search. However, Closely is missing some critical features. -I'd like to see a place where users can request product features. -Missing the ability to see the list of leads in your campaign -No option to remove leads from the campaign -What happens if a lead replies in the campaign before the 1st message is sent? -Missing the feature to block or blacklist companies and people from campaigns -No option to view lead profiles that are in the campaign. -No option to withdraw LinkedIn invites after so many days. -The inability to export profiles from Sales Navigator using the Closely Chrome extension. -The leads in Leads Finder are inaccurate and out of date. I'd like to see more accurate data. UPDATE: the longer I use Closely the buggier the product is. Zero technical or support with issues. It was good in the beginning however too many bugs. Also, my messages are being sent after the lead replies.
