My name is Flint Dickson and I am currently a student at the University of Miami's business school, Herbert. I'm originally from the San Francisco Bay area and have always had an interest in technology and its application to improving daily life. Recently I developed an application called Atria, an AI-powered assistant designed to simplify and streamline home management for homeowners. Atria is not a device-control system. Instead, it focuses on helping residents stay organized and proactive about the responsibilities of homeownership. The app creates customized maintenance schedules, provides timely reminders for essential tasks, and offers clear guidance for addressing common repair and upkeep issues. In addition, Atria can provide practical maintenance tips, walk residents through do-it-yourself fixes, and even suggest nearby businesses when professional help is required. My goal in building Atria was to design a resource that makes maintaining a home more straightforward, prevents small issues from becoming costly problems, and gives homeowners greater peace of mind.
