Hey @5tu,
Can you tell us more about why you built this and how it works.

@jacqvon Sure, thanks! Back in 2012, @johnaugust and I created Fountain, a plain-text format for screenwriting, inspired by Markdown. Shortly after that, I teamed up with @ClintTorres to create Slugline.
When you write screenplays in Slugline, you're writing to a plain text file. All the formatting is inferred automatically from what you write. This means that your files are tiny, infinitely compatible with every writing app, and will never be orphaned by discontinued software.
Fountain is a free and open plain-text screenplay format, and many apps support it. Slugline uses it natively though, which is special. We wanted to leverage Fountain to create a simple, elegant writing environment for screenwriters, because writing movies is hard, and most software for the task is bloated, overly complex, and expensive.
Slugline for Mac was released in 2013, and today we released the iOS version.

Slugline for macOS is brilliant, doubly so the app preferences 😉
Hoping iOS will see a promotion at some point.
