Left unchecked, we tend to quickly accumulate bad habits that cause degradation of our health over time. And can you guess which part of our health gets messed up first when overwhelmed with tasks? Correct. It's our sleep! You spend around 1/3 of your life asleep. This one-third impacts the other two-thirds that ultimately distinguish a successful person from one loaded with addictions, lost in life, and has no goals. * With all this in mind, "Sleep or else" was born. šŸ“– How does it work? 1. šŸ•’ You set the time you want to sleep in (for example, 11:20 PM), or set a sleep improvement plan (e.g., 10 minutes earlier every day) 2. 🚫 When your sleep time is close by (~15 minutes before it, you can customize that), your computer will enter a restriction period that controls the websites and applications you can access. This allows you to wind down and finish up your work for the day. 3. šŸ”Œ When sleep time is due, your computer will forcibly shut down. While the app is simple, it is surprisingly effective.
