Hey PH! I'm LatentLoop, building SkillNote at Luna Prompts.

The problem hit us when we crossed 15 skills in Claude Code. Descriptions got silently truncated past ~8K characters. Skills just stopped triggering. No error, no warning.

Then the sharing problem: skills stuck in ~/.claude/skills/ with no versioning, no team sync. New teammates discover missing skills only when something breaks.

So we built SkillNote:

→ Collections to scope 10-15 skills per project (stays under context budget)

→ Plugin with 6 lifecycle hooks - syncs on launch, tracks usage, collects feedback

→ Agents rate skills 1-5 after applying them
