I work rotating shifts as a Healthcare Assistant in the NHS, UK. Every day, I see the same thing: people with incredible skills who can't access what they need because of one barrier — money. A lawyer billing £300/hour can't get his car repaired because the garage is booked for weeks and he can't find a mechanic. A chef who feeds 200 people a night needs a website — but quotes start at £5,000 she doesn't have. A developer earning six figures needs healthcare advice — but private physio costs £150 a session. The skills exist. The people exist. The exchange never happens. I see nurses who can't afford lawyers. Lawyers who can't get physio. Chefs who need tech help. Developers who need healthcare advice.
