What do you think? …

Mikita Martynau

Hey Product Hunt!

I'm Mikita, co-founder of Skarbe.

So here's the thing. I lost deals in my first business because I forgot to follow up. Embarrassing, but true. Later at PandaDoc, I watched thousands of founders do the exact same thing. Turns out I wasn't alone.

Here's what I learned: founders, consultants, small business owners - we're not "salespeople".

We're just trying to build something cool and sell it to people. But sales is like the 6th thing on our to-do list today, right after fixing bugs, answering customer emails, and pretending we have a marketing strategy.

How we got here:

We started with Skarbe - a simple AI inbox to organize your contacts and save you a couple hours every day. Nice, but not enough.

Then users kept asking: "Can it just... do the follow-ups for me?"

So we built Oskar.

Meet Oskar.

He's an AI agent who lives inside Skarbe and does the boring sales stuff you forget to do: qualifies contacts, follows up when they go cold, enriches them with data, tracks deals.

Basically, Oskar is the person you wish you hired but can't afford yet.

What's coming next:

We're shipping more stuff soon because apparently Oskar is an overachiever:

Integrations: WhatsApp for Business, built-in dialer with call recording, LinkedIn (because your leads are everywhere, not just email)

Ask Oskar Anything: "Who haven't I talked to in 2 weeks?" He answers. No more scrolling through your inbox at midnight.

Deep Contact Research: Oskar will dig through all 10,000 of your contacts, find opportunities you forgot about, and ask permission to re-engage. Like having a really thorough assistant who actually remembers stuff.

Mobile App: Because deals don't wait for you to get back to your desk.

Try Oskar today. Tell me what breaks šŸ™

Maria Anosova šŸ”„

@nikita_martynovĀ Guys, great project! Congratulations on the launch and good luckšŸ”„

Mikita Martynau

@maria_anosovaĀ thanks a lot for your support!

Ilya Korzun

@maria_anosovaĀ Glad you like the idea! We built Oskar exactly for that reason )

Alex Talyuk

@nikita_martynovĀ  @maria_anosovaĀ Thank you so much, Maria! Your support means a lot. We’re excited about Oskar and can’t wait to see how it helps teams like yours. This is just the start—much more to come!

Anastasiya Kashko

@nikita_martynovĀ Congrats on the launch! I really love this shift from inbox as a cold archive to inbox as an active assistant.Ā  I’m thinking especially about all those "accidental" entrepreneurs… the people who didn’t set out to become salespeople, but still have to sell while holding lots of other roles at once. For them Oscar is probably a relief!

Mikita Martynau

@anastasiya_kashkoĀ Thanks so much, Anastasiya! Exactly, that’s who we’re building for. Those founders and operators who never planned to ā€œdo salesā€ but end up doing it every day. If Oskar can take even a bit of that load off their plate, we’re on the right track.

Alex Talyuk

@nikita_martynovĀ  @anastasiya_kashkoĀ Thank you, Anastasiya! That’s exactly our vision — empowering those accidental entrepreneurs who didn’t plan to be salespeople but juggle many roles. We’re building Oskar to take that burden off your plate.

Rohan Chaubey

@nikita_martynovĀ The deep contact research feature is something I would like to explore. I have 5k+ contacts in sheets, phone contact book and inboxes. If Oskar can revive them without me spending days sorting, I would love to pay for this. :D

Mikita Martynau

@rohanrecommendsĀ Yes, we're all super excited about it!

Tal Barmeir

@nikita_martynovĀ Congrats team! Does this work for cold outbound?

Mikita Martynau

@barmeir_talĀ Thanks, Tal! Oskar doesn’t send cold emails himself, but if cold emails is part of your go-to-market setup, you can simply forward responses to those emails to Skarbe (to connected inbox). From there, Oskar will automatically qualify, disqualify, prioritize, craft replies, and handle follow-ups for you. Very simple.

Chilarai M

Whatever saves your 2 precious hours, that's a great thing. I feel the same for this app
Congrats on your great launch!

Mikita Martynau

@chilaraiĀ Thanks, Chilarai! Glad it resonatesб that’s exactly what we’re solving for. Most people don’t need CRM, they just want their time back.

Chilarai M

@nikita_martynovĀ yes and a single tool that does all the follow up stuff :)

Mikita Martynau

@chilaraiĀ exactly!

Ilya Korzun

@chilaraiĀ Thanks! Excited to hear what you think once you give it a try.

Chilarai M

@ilya_korzunĀ Awesome. I'll do that

Alex Talyuk

@chilaraiĀ Thanks so much! 2 hours back in your day is huge. Would love to hear how it works for you!

Chilarai M

@talyukĀ I'll definitely give it a try. Would love to connect with you guys

Anton Cherkasov

Massive congrats! Love how you turned a real founder pain into such a practical productt. Following up is the easiest thing to forget and the hardest to fix.

Mikita Martynau

@a007mrĀ Thanks for your support! Follow-ups are so easy to forget. Those people, who was asking about your service are already interested. You probably spent money and time emailing them, and now forgetting to follow up costs you business. Huge problem to be solved!

Ilya Korzun

@a007mrĀ Thanks for the support šŸ™Œ -- curious to hear your feedback after testing.

Alex Talyuk

@a007mrĀ Thanks for the kind words, Anton! Excited to have you on the journey with us.

Cruise Chen

Following up leads is most tedious and painful stuff while running business - so glad Skarbe Oskar could help it out! Congrats team!

Mikita Martynau

@cruise_chenĀ Cruise, thank you! šŸ™ Exactly. Follow-ups are the thing everyone knows they should do but somehow never gets done. We built Oskar because I lost deals in my first business to exactly this - just forgot to follow up while busy with other stuff. Really appreciate the support today!

Ilya Korzun

@cruise_chenĀ Yep, Oskar handles follow-ups so you don’t have to, curious to hear your feedback after testing.

Alex Talyuk

@cruise_chenĀ Couldn't agree more! That tedious work is exactly what we're trying to take off your plate. Can't wait to hear how it helps!

Kate Ramakaieva

šŸ”„ Huge congrats, team!

As a marketer who lives inside CRMs and follow-up sequences every day, I felt every line of this. Forgetting to follow up is literally the silent killer of deals - and building an AI that handles the boring-but-critical parts of sales is a game changer.

Skarbe + Oskar look like the combo a lot of early-stage teams have been waiting for. Wishing the entire team a strong launch today and lots of well-deserved traction šŸš€

How does Oskar decide when to follow up - is it based on custom rules, engagement signals, or does he learn from user behavior over time, how ā€œintelligentā€ the timing logic is?

Congrats again! šŸ‘

Mikita Martynau

@kate_ramakaievaĀ Kate, thank you so much! Great question about the timing logic.

Right now, 3 days is the default. But here's how Oskar decides: He keeps track of your contacts - communication history, business intel he collects from the web, and most importantly, the intent of your email. If you sent an email where you clearly expect a reply (like a proposal or question), Oskar takes note and will follow up.

Currently, Oskar generates follow-ups automatically and pops up to remind you to approve before sending. We're testing fully autonomous mode with beta testers now (not available for general public yet) - where Oskar sends without asking.

Early results are super exciting. We're also building behavior learning. The goal: be good enough that you trust him to send without reviewing every time. We're getting there. Really appreciate the support today!

Ilya Korzun

@kate_ramakaievaĀ thanks Kate waiting for your honest feedback!

Alex Talyuk

@kate_ramakaievaĀ Thanks for the thoughtful feedback, Kate! Great question—Oskar currently bases his follow-ups on a 3-day default delay, the intent of your message, and engagement history. We’ll soon make it smarter to learn from your behavior and signals to optimize timing, plus integrate with WhatsApp, phone calls and more. Appreciate your support!

Dmitry Titov

Congrats wit the launch!

Mikita Martynau

@ititov_agencyĀ Thanks! You should try Oskar, it should be a huge help with agency business communication!

Ilya Korzun

@ititov_agencyĀ Appreciate it! Let us know what you think once you try it out

Dmitry Titov

@ilya_korzunĀ šŸ¤

Alex Talyuk

@ititov_agency Thanks Dmitry! Really excited about what we're building. Would love to hear your thoughts once you give it a try.

Ilya Korzun

Hey PH! Ilya here from the Skarbe team. I want to share what building Oskar taught us about AI agents vs AI tools.

AI Tools: You ask them to do something. They help you do it faster.

AI Agents: They work proactively. You don't ask. They just do it!

The hardest part of building Oskar wasn't the AI - it was figuring out WHEN to act.Ā

When is a lead actually cold?

When should he follow up?

How do you write a follow-up that sounds natural, not pushy?

We analyzed thousands of successful follow-ups to figure this out.

The result: Oskar that feels less like "sales automation" and more like a human assistant who actually remembers stuff.

Would love your feedback!

Mikita Martynau

@ilya_korzunĀ Go Go Go!

Alex Talyuk

@ilya_korzunĀ šŸ™Œ Couldn't have said it better!
