This looks like it could be a really good service, however it does lack a few features such as customer profiles/notes. If it was to be used in a commercial setting there would need to be information that can be stored on a customer. I can also see this having other potential uses that I would happily discuss in private if the creator was wanting to look at ways to further develop it.
