One thing that would really help me is a built-in feedback loop where users can mark an answer as unhelpful right in the chat widget, and those flagged questions show up in a dashboard so I can spot gaps in my content and improve the source material over time.

We're already working on a feedback loop for SiteBot where visitors can mark responses as unhelpful, and those conversations will appear in the dashboard. This will make it easier to identify knowledge gaps, improve source content, and continuously make the AI assistant more accurate. Appreciate the feedback! 🙌
