We’ve tried automation before, but it usually ends up frustrating customers when they have a unique question. Being able to jump in manually right when it's needed is a game changer for DTC. Quick question: How does the tagging work for intent—is it customizable or pre-set?

Regarding your question,
Simpliers Chat detects the intent of incoming comments and DMs using AI. It analyzes the message content and identifies what the user is trying to do. For example, asking for pricing, requesting a link, inquiring about shipping, or starting a collaboration.
Based on that detected intent, you can automatically assign customizable tags to the user. Tags are fully flexible. They’re not limited to pre-set categories.
You can even define the AI behavior with your own prompt. It’s really limited only by your strategy and creativity. 🚀

It’s interesting how many brands prioritize reaching a wide audience through ads, but the real buying interest usually occurs in direct messages.
