Travelling with food allergies means constant guesswork. Google Translate gets allergen terms wrong. Pre-printed cards only cover one language. Simple Allergy Alert generates a food allergy card in 100+ languages instantly. Tap your allergens, pick a language, show the card. The emergency card shows the local emergency number for whichever country you're in - in the local language. Permanently free. Also: offline saved cards, home screen widget, audio playback.

This is such a practical travel tool, especially since translations can be wrong. How do you verify the allergen translations for accuracy across different languages?
@thamibenjelloun Hi Thami, thanks for the comment. We use live translation for most of the app, but for a few critical allergen terms, especially in the different forms of Spanish, we rely on a small set of dictionary entries and regional overrides to make the wording more consistent. We can’t guarantee perfect accuracy in every language, so we also include a disclaimer and recommend double-checking locally when possible.
