Tried dubbing a short clip into Spanish and was impressed how natural the voice sounded and that the background music stayed intact. The pay-as-you-go pricing without needing a card made it easy to just test it out.
@zerdazdemikhql Thanks Zerda — that's exactly the use case I had in mind. Quick question: did the manual fine-tune step come up for you, or did the auto translation feel "good enough" for the short clip? (Asking because I'm trying to figure out if most people want it for specialized terms, or if they trust auto. Be honest.)
Tried dubbing a short clip into Spanish and the emotional tone actually came through, which surprised me. The free preview before paying is a nice touch.
@tunahan7j2k Tunahan — "surprised me" is honestly the highest compliment. Most AI dubbing flattens emotion because the model processes audio frame-by-frame rather than preserving the speaker's natural prosody. Took us a while to get there. Quick ask — what did you dub? Personal clip or audience use case? They pull toward different features. (And if you want to test on a longer clip, drop a link in your reply — I'll dub it free today. The model actually performs better on long-form than short bursts.)
The auto-delete after 24 hours is a really thoughtful touch, especially for a dubbing tool where creators might be uploading unreleased content. Nice to see privacy treated as a real feature instead of an afterthought.
@lkerabanogfxgp İlker — thanks, that's a generous read. Actual reason is pretty selfish: I didn't want to be the guy holding someone's unreleased podcast at 3am. Defaulting to delete-everything turned out simpler operationally AND less creepy. Win-win on top of just being the right call. Quick ask — solo creator with unreleased content, or evaluating for a team? They optimize for different things in pricing. (If you've got unreleased content that needs dubbing, drop a link in your reply — I'll personally process the first 3 today, free.)
love that you can preview the dub before paying anything, it shows respect for the user's time. the auto-delete after 24 hours is a thoughtful touch too.
@zehrakovan43772 Zehra — you just tied together the two things I'm most proud of. Both default to "respect-first" instead of "capture-first". I tried to flip every friction-heavy default from dubbing SaaS into something that didn't punish curiosity. Pay only when you use. Data only when you keep it. Quick honest ask: did the 24h delete make you feel better than the preview, or did they register equally? Trying to figure out which one actually moved the needle.
