Congrats on the launch.
I know most businesses are looking for converting their online forms (contracts, etc.) to a signed pdf. Do you have plan to connect to such data sources like Formaloo or Google forms?
@farokh_shahabi Thanks Farokh! Really good idea. The first focus of SignFree is to help people tp sign a very simple template: add your name, the date and you're signature and you're good to go! I'll be more than happy to discuss with you about a possible integration with Formaloo :)
@linusgeffarth Hi Linus, thanks for the question! Actually we decided to reinvest our company profits to build this product. Nowadays the products that really matter are practically free and this matches our mission mission statement: to democratize the e-signature!
Got it. I mean I totally agree with that mindset, but that's not how capitalism usually works 😄
So like is this a marketing thing that gets people to your real business? There's gotta be something you make off of this. (Don't take it personally, I've just gotten a little suspicious about these things.)
@linusgeffarth Right, right :) :) :) We do have a premium plan. But what I want to say (and Gary Vee says it better than myself lol) is that nowadays the key is to make a product that really matter to people. If you bring value to your user, there is then 100 ways to monetize in a direct or indirect mode... but yes, we have a premium plan coming soon :)
Tired of printing out, signing, and scanning documents manually? Or to sign it to an app and then discover that you can only sign 3 documents for free? Well that's why we created SignFree: we want virtual signing to finally be simple!

Congrats on the launch! @nicola_di_giorgio
What type of signature does SignFree offer? In Germany for example, AES or QES are required to comply with eIDAs.
@alexander_eble Thanks a lot Alexander! Well our first target is to democratize the e-signature (the first level of eIDAs). We believe that there are still too many people who are still printing, signing and scanning each document or who use a picture of their signature in a word document. Our Premium version (expected on 05/22) will offer AES via SMS or Whatsapp verification. QES is really specific to each country and it's not in the backlog for the moment. I hope that this helps!

Seems like a very useful product. I will start using it. Does it have any automatic features like e-sign placement etc ?makers
@umarsaif Thanks a lot Umar! Let me know if you have any feedback. The approach is a bit the other way around: if you send a document to be signed, you do not have to prepare the template, but it's the receiver who is going to place the signature on it. Anyway, let us know on twitter @getsignfree1 who's going!

Interesting product! Some questions if you don't mind :) How the recipient make sure that a signer signed a document and not someone else, can this later be proved with the document? Is the service provide any ways to make sure about the identities of these people?
@attila_szabo thanks a lot Attila! If you need to get or provide some identity verification, at the moment we propose it via sms/whatsapp one-time-password or via ID card + selfie

Finally, someone offered free e-sign. My mom (bad at tech) is struggling with adding signature. I tried other service online to hopefully make it easier but their websites often have a lot of unnecessarily clutter/services/steps for a single action.
Hopefully I get to try this out soon and recommend this to my mom. Thanks Nicola and team :D
@whereisj9 thanks Janine for your amazing comment and support! We're really glad to hear this for you as make the e-signature more accessible is our mission! And with such a comment we feel that we're heading to the right direction! By the way we got all your comments and we'll get back to you to validate the new features you asked for!
