👋 Hey Product Hunt! We’re a small group of freelancers and today we’re finally soft-launching SignDeck. We built this because we were tired of the same pain almost every freelancer knows too well: • Chasing clients for documents • Following up over and over • Getting signatures through screenshots, PDFs, or messy email threads • Using tools that ask for credit card info on signup • Or paying for bloated subscription software just to send a couple of documents a month So we created SignDeck — a lightweight, focused tool to help freelancers, consultants, real estate agents, agencies, and small teams request documents and collect signatures without friction. Here’s what SignDeck does today: ✅ Send e-signature or document requests Your clients don’t need an account — they just open the link and complete it. ✍🏼 PDF signing that feels simple Clean, fast, and mobile-friendly. ⏰ Automatic reminders Sent when the request is created, on the due date, and when comments are posted. You can also add extra reminders if needed. 🗂 A clean dashboard to track everything No more guessing who signed or uploaded what. 🔐 Privacy & Trust first No credit card required to sign up. We’re building a credits-based model so you only pay when you use it — no monthly subscriptions. We’ve been using SignDeck ourselves for client work, and it’s already saving us time and stress.
