We built SideMed because healthcare is still fragmented and frustrating for both patients and doctors. Too often, patients repeat the same story in every consultation, and doctors lack a full picture of the patient’s health journey. What’s new is that SideMed centralizes medical exams and health data in one simple platform, giving patients ownership of their information and doctors instant access to a complete history. Unlike traditional electronic health records, it’s designed to be lightweight, patient-friendly, and accessible from day one. We’re most proud of making something that actually works in real life. In this first version, patients can upload their exams in minutes, and doctors can finally see the full context they need to provide better care.
