Glassdoor reviews companies. Sibyl reviews the founders behind them. Before you join, invest or partner, look up any founder and see how they actually treat people: their ratings for respect, honesty and keeping promises, how many would work with them again, and behavior-tagged reviews that make patterns obvious. Every review is moderated and describes what the founder did, founders get a right of reply, and it is members-only, anonymous and never on Google. Free.

Hi , I'm Janhavi š
While living in Bangalore, I worked closely with a lot of founders. Some were great. With others, a thought kept coming back to me: "If I'd known this about the founder, I would never have taken this offer."
Every time something felt off, the only way to find out more was quietly asking colleagues: Is this founder always like this? Has nobody raised this before? Is this just how things work here? By then, I'd already joined.
I kept wishing there was a Glassdoor for founders. Somewhere I could look someone up before saying yes to their next company, instead of relying on whispers, or on asking the founder directly and hoping for an honest answer.
So I built Sibyl.
ā Look up any founder by name or company
ā See their "reading": ratings for respect, honesty, keeping promises and communication, plus how many people would work with them again
ā Read reviews from employees, cofounders, investors and candidates, tagged by behavior, so patterns stand out
The hardest part was making it fair. I didn't want Sibyl to become a place where someone's reputation gets destroyed by one angry post. So:
ā Reviews describe what a founder actually did, not labels, and a moderator checks every one before it goes live
ā Founders can reply to any review once we confirm it's them
ā Good experiences count too: you can vouch for founders who did right by you
ā Members only, never on Google, no phone numbers or addresses
This is just the beginning, and I'll keep improving it. If you've worked with a founder, good or bad, share your experience so the next person can decide with their eyes open.

It's completely free, and I'd love your feedback, especially from founders: what would make this fair to you?
