Indian weddings are chaos. We bring the calm. ShaadiScheduler is built to cater to your events - Mehendi, Haldi, Sangeet, Ceremony, Reception - your budget, your community, your city. It generates a personalised checklist for each event, a budget tracker, a Family Portal so relatives can stay in the loop without 47 WhatsApp forwards, and a Scenario Lab where you can simulate "what if my venue cancels?" before it actually happens. Built for Indian couples. Free to start.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Sampath, a solo founder who's spent the last several months building ShaadiScheduler.
Here's why.
I've watched weddings being planned around me my entire life - and every single time, it's the same story. Diaries that get lost. WhatsApp groups that spiral. Family members asking the same questions on loop. And the couple, who should be enjoying this chapter, instead buried in logistics.
When I started looking for tools to help, I found nothing that understood what an Indian wedding actually is. Every app assumed one venue, one ceremony, one day. No concept of Mehendi night, Haldi morning, Sangeet, the actual wedding, the reception - each with its own guest list, vendors, budget, and cultural checklist. No understanding that a Bunt wedding in Udupi looks completely different from a Tamil Brahmin wedding in Chennai or a Punjabi wedding in Delhi.
So I built it myself.
ShaadiScheduler generates a personalised checklist per event, a budget calibrated to your community and city, a Family Portal so your relatives aren't texting the couple every hour, and a Scenario Lab - my favourite feature - where couples can simulate "what happens if we cut the Sangeet?" or "what if the caterer cancels?" before they make irreversible decisions.
I'm a solo founder. No VC. No team. Just someone who grew up watching this chaos and thought there had to be a better way.
It's free to start. I'd love your feedback (you can send it to: sampath@shaadischeduler.com) - especially if you're planning a wedding or have recently been through one. Tell me what's missing, what's wrong, what doesn't make sense. I can take it.
Thank you for being here. 🙏
