My favorite bug: an early version quietly fell back to a non search model when the search API failed, and it scored a business zero that real ChatGPT ranked first. Now the tool refuses to fabricate: if grounded search fails, the query fails honestly. Every number in a report has to be reproducible or it does not ship.
