I think I don't fully understand the real benefit. Why writing anything 33 min/day let me be a better write? Start from a blank page is really difficult, I think. Your app should set a subject for the daily writing. And be better to write what ? stories ? emails ? books ? scientific papers ? I think you should add examples, or science-based evidence to 33 min per day. I hope it helps.

Why is it better to use sentence studio rather than a) writing on paper or b) a notepad application locally without browser distractions?

a) Some find it slow and tiring.

b) A local note-taking app like Obsidian (💛) works perfectly well for writing practice. I designed SS to create a focused environment solely for 33-minute writing sprints.

P.S. I personally haven't found desktop browsers distracting; I use the F11 key on Windows.
