I kept seeing teams struggle with the same problem across completely different industries — applications, client requests, and proposals were being handled through Google Forms, emails, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets. Everything came in, but nothing was truly managed. Good candidates were forgotten, promising leads were lost after rejection, and decisions were slow and inconsistent. Most tools focused only on collecting data. Very few helped teams evaluate, compare, and make decisions, or extract value from submissions that didn’t move forward immediately. SelectFlow was built to fix that gap — to turn intake into a structured decision process, and to make sure no submission is wasted. The goal was to create one clean system that works for hiring, client intake, and internal workflows without being locked into a single use case or industry.
