The Problem: Sedentry Lifestyle, Busy Schedule and not gettig enough time to excercise and hit the gym. The Solution: www.sedentry.com a quick workout fitness app that is designed for Researchers, Innovators, Students and busy professionals who doesn't have enough time and have a very busy schedule. Core Concept: I am surrounded by Innovators, Researchers, Students and busy professionals who I have seen spending their most of the time on studies, researches and Innovating but they forget that their body needs movement even a small walk I was going through that phase so Identified the problem and found a solution for it. Usage: 1. Visit www.sedentry.com 2. Set up exactly 6 exercises for each day in the customization screen. 3. Go to the homepage, start the timer, and exercise for exactly 6 minutes—seize the day now! It just takes a one time setup. History of the project. I loved going to the gym a lot but due to my job and college schedule I was not able to continue it but I know the importance of fitness so I researched and heard about the 6 minute high intensity excercises without any breaks hence I first created a Notion page with 6 exercises and a 6-minute timer, but I struggled with audio cues and keeping track of exercises That led me to create SixMinutesOnly (hosted on my LAN). Since most of my day is sedentary due to my desk job and studying, this app helped me stay fit, healthy, and also enhanced my cognitive functions. I’ve been using it for the past 6 months. When a friend asked how he could use it on his device, I made it public—hoping it can help many more people beyond just me and my friend.
