I am the founder of SeamlessNPS. The goal was to create the most simplistic integrated NPS experience for Shopify Merchants. I run multiple e-commerce stores on Shopify and end of the month there are two things that matter to me the most - customer satisfaction and net profit. Out of these, I think customer satisfaction matters even more if you are trying to grow your business. I created this simple app that gathers customer satisfaction data and links detractor ratings to specific orders - this gives me the opportunity to take action and hopefully resolve the issues customer had. Turning the negative experience into a positive one. Take a look, say what you think. I am open to ideas how to improve this futher while keeping the solution super simplistic and not overwhelming it with configurations etc that you need to set up.
