👋 Hello Product Hunt, and a big thanks to @nickabouzeid for hunting us. We started Scratchpad because - well - have you used Salesforce? Salesforce is a powerful database, but it's not designed for end-users as the place to get work done. That's why nearly everyone who interacts with Salesforce has a spreadsheet for their pipeline, uses Mac Notes or Evernote to take notes, and manages tasks in a separate app. So we created Scratchpad - the first workspace for sales. Scratchpad combines notes, tasks, pipeline, and search into a single experience that's **fast** and **delightful**. really love scratchpad! so helpful to see a list of our later stage details with all the notes right there, and all the columns i care about - feels like a little thing, but for a founder, basically means you save a bunch of time asking for the latest on any given deal (or waiting for deal review to come around to satisfy your curiosity). and of course, you never have to be in SFDC 🙈

We're seeing an increasing number of startups build front-end UX layers on top of incumbent technology (in this case, Salesforce). It's a smart way to build a wedge into the market. Another example: Digital Brain (Weekend Fund is an investor). They're doing this for help desk software.

Hands-on onboarding for not only new customers but new users. Wunna (Sales) and his team are easy to work with!

I've been using this and loving it. It makes updating salesforce so much easier - I feel like now salesforce works for me instead of me working for salesforce!

Salesforce UX is so bad and Scratchpad is so good. What an incredible improvement for millions of hours of human life.
